As the technical product manager I lead organization and planning of product features to production. My responsibility was to use my engineering background at GoLinks to work with stakeholders to come up with product updates each quarter. I would plan out each quarter in a priority order backlog of user stores that our team would work through an Agile process to gather requirements and finalize acceptance criteria with the team before beginning work.# PacksOne successful epic that was completed as a technical product manager was delivering a "packs" feature that increased our user on boarding experience. Packs allowed new users on GoLinks to pick SaaS tools their team uses and build a set of go links for their team. - Worked with stakeholders to define the packs feature, what it will and will not be. - Gathered information on current users on boarding process to help influence design and experience. - Created user stories with acceptance criteria. - Orchestrated engineering resources to work in tandem to work on a feature branch. - Ran QA efforts to finalize the feature prior to launch. - Setup feature monitoring to evaluate feature effectiveness

As a senior software engineer I was responsible influencing and teaching engineers. Job duties consited of on boarding engineers, mentoring engineers, create software solutions for GoLinks, provided code reviews, product testing, and coordinating technical resources with project management.# Analytics dashboardOne accomplishment was leading engineering and planning an analytics dashboard iteration. I was responsible for architecting the page layout, researching graphing library, and orchestrating engineering resources. I architected the analytics page structure for a tab and breadcrumb layout with easily sharable URL's using react router with pagination. For our graphing library I researched the top graphing libraries to provide pro's, con's, examples, and recommendations to the engineering team. Following the software architecture I created all the user stories with acceptance criteria and placed them in the backlog and would fill sprints based on engineering capacity.

Placed first in a hiring class project where our group of 4 engineerings were responsible for coming up with and idea, executing the project, and marketing the project to the entire company. We delivered a feature that reduced fraud and saved 3 minutes off manager override transactions. We won the most votes from the company as best marketing videos and presentation.

Planned, designed, and developed an analytics insights page. Using c3.js and d3.js I developed graphs for users to view their team's and personal usage. The feature helped show users how much time they were saving by using go links. Later I would help iterate it to a more mature version based on user feedback and learning how other products share usage data.

Responsible with assisting IT manager with making sure co-workers have working technology to assist with their jobs. During the internship I planned a rollout of 200 iPhones to employees on distributed job sites.
