• Delivered innovation, gross margin improvement, and sustainability goals for the Ben & Jerry's, Talenti, Fruttare, and Culture Republick Ice Cream brands in North America.• This was a cross-functional procurement role linking Brand and Procurement strategy. I represented Unilever's global procurement organization on multidisciplinary project teams.

• Modeled demand, planned replenishment, and managed inventories across 600 SKUs for a key customer within the Drug channel. Managed baseline forecasts for all regular and promotional items to maximize on-shelf availability (OSA). • Consistently achieved store service level of 97.5% or greater (above industry standard).• Improved Ship-to-Arrive compliance rate to 96% (up from 64% the year prior). • Generated significant cost savings by optimizing for full truckload utilization and reducing the amount of out-of-stock items. • Collaborated with internal Unilever teams and customer’s supply chain planners to maximize inventory positions, increase sales revenue, and align on business strategies/processes.

As Operations Planner: • Led 8-person team reviewing purchase contracts and other administrative matters for legal/regulatory compliance in support of a 2,000-person Brigade. Trained and advised 60 mid-level leaders on contracting/administrative requirements to ensure Brigade’s full compliance with regulatory procedures. • Developed continuity plans during periods of high personnel turnover to increase operational efficiency and minimize loss of institutional knowledge. Led 6-person planning team to support Brigade's future operations. As Troop Executive Officer: • Second in Command of a 110-person logistics unit supporting a helicopter reconnaissance squadron. Planned and led all mission planning, supply coordination, maintenance support, and personnel readiness while forward-deployed to South Korea. • Oversaw the personal, medical, and professional readiness of all personnel for deployment. Coordinated all logistical support for the unit to include ammunition, food, water, and fuel.As Squadron Logistics Officer: • Served as the senior logistics officer in a 400-person Squadron responsible for forecasting, coordinating, and procuring all supply services and transportation support. • Saved the Department of Defense more than $2MM by identifying, reconstituting, and disposing of excess property. Planned the multi-modal transportation of $34MM of Squadron equipment and 400 personnel for deployment to South Korea.• Led multiple internal audits/inspections to improve property accountability within the unit. Managed $2MM annual supply budget.• Responsible for the health, welfare, and mentoring of one officer and two non-commissioned officers.As Distribution Platoon Leader: • Led a platoon of 46 personnel and $6MM worth of equipment. Managed the timely and accurate distribution of all fuel and ammunition within the Squadron. • Planned and directed the safe transport of 40,000 gallons of fuel and $11MM worth of ammunition over a 10-month period.
