About Dr. Michael Büeler

Michael Büeler holds an MSc in mechanical engineering and a PhD in biomedical engineering from ETH Zurich. He has worked on optical methods for early cancer detection at the University of Texas at Austin before gaining experience in medical and opto-electronical product development and project management in several industry positions. He joined Optotune in 2009 and currently serves as the Head of Optics Engineering and Quality Manager of its newly founded subsidiary OCS.
