I stopped working full time in June of 2015. I've enjoyed the freedom of spending time with family, learning skills and being involved in the community.Time has been spent:◆ With family◆ Volunteering for Montgomery County as a Park Ranger in Northwest Branch Park (2015-2021)◆ Training and volunteering with Montgomery County CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) (2016)◆ Serving as Seven Oaks-Evanswood Citizens Association President (2016-2018)◆ Landscaping and home remodeling for my home and for neighbors, including basement remodels, fences, decks, electrical, and a Japanese-inspired hardscape garden (2015-2020)◆ Performing with local bands (playing bass and singing) (all times)◆ Volunteer for VITA low-income tax preparation in Montgomery County (2016-2018)◆ Completing 100 mile bicycle century rides and olympic-distance triathlons (various years)Part time employment has included:◆ Paid tax preparer for VITA low-income tax preparation for Montgomery County (2019-2022)◆ IRS-certified independent tax preparation (2023)
