- Part of the core leadership team in Chicago, inclusive of ~12 peers setting the strategy for the office of over 800 local consultants.- For the first 8 years at Slalom, I built and led a Data, Analytics, and AI practice with capabilities ranging from data engineering, visualization, governance, analytics, and data science. I leveraged partnerships w/ top cloud providers like Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake, and Salesforce to grow the practice to a headcount of 115, and an annualized run rate north of $45M across a variety of industries and customer segments.- For my last three years, I led a diverse team to build a new consulting practice created to bring innovative and sustainable data, technology, and people-oriented solutions to the state and local government, education, and non-profit clients. In an industry with 12-to-18-month sales cycles, created a $30M business in three short years. - Built new pursuit, sales, and delivery processes to increase average bill rates and efficiently deliver projects to sustain a business with margins > 50%.- Enabled and trained teams with new skills to keep up with changes to the technology, cloud, and data landscape. Built new practice capabilities and solutions to take to market.- Led pursuit teams across practices, industries, and capabilities, to create solution estimates, manage and approve financials, ultimately driving > $140M in sales over my tenure at Slalom, with over 90% of those sales occurring in the last 6 years (2018+).
