Hi I’m Michael an endurance athlete, coach, and founder of Such Good Value, a holistic fitness business dedicated to helping people achieve both physical and mental resilience. My journey has taken me from personal struggles with mental health and substance abuse to a life focused on endurance, purpose, and giving back.On a Mission to Inspire and EmpowerIn October 2022, I completed The 32 Challenge: 32 Ironman 70.3 races in 32 days across each county in Ireland, raising nearly €22,000 for Jigsaw, Movember, and The Irish Cancer Society. In September 2023, I completed a 5-day, 250-kilometer ultramarathon. These challenges taught me the power of purpose-driven goals and mental resilience.Building Such Good ValueThrough Such Good Value, I aim to provide coaching, tools, and support for people pursuing growth in both body and mind. Our mission is to build an inclusive, supportive community focused on sustainable, authentic change. Whether through fitness coaching, mental resilience strategies, or public speaking, I’m here to help others unlock their full potential.Looking AheadIn 2025, I’m taking on a ultra endurance challenge. I will be attempting to run 6,500 kilometres over 13 weeks, one kilometre for every person that looses their life to suicide each year in the UK and Ireland. I will be dedicating a located for a week in 13 different locations across the UK and Ireland.
