BusPatrol is a leader in smart transportation, bringing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and safety technology solutions to school buses across North America.• Lead talent management efforts for the company including learning and development, performance management, culture-building, leadership development and assessment, job design, and workforce planning. Established the first comprehensive leadership development program in the company's history. • Currently serving as the leader of the company's People Operations team in the absence of a Chief People Officer, leading our support in employee relations, compensation and benefits optimization, and HR compliance.• Led the company's implementation of a talent management platform, Cornerstone on Demand, including learning, performance management, and succession management tool sets. • Led the development of Cultural Pillars for the company, implemented through a custom-developed leadership competency model, 360-degree leadership assessments, and communications and reward/recognition programs.• Partnered with operations leaders to redesign role definitions for the major employee groups in field operations and client operations, created job tiering that supports career growth and development and performance management.
