- Benchmarked peers for a Fortune 50 financial services firm to identify best practices in board oversight, water, DEI, and GHG emissions reduction management strategy- Conducted an ESG risk analysis and recommended emissions abatement strategies for a large US-poultry supplier, including identifying nature-based solutions to the current challenges- Prepared a GHG Inventory Management Plan for a US insurance firm with global operations to assist in the quantification of Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 Emissions- Identified partnerships and strategy for the Deloitte ESG Team to support and recruit diverse candidates from US colleges and universities

- Developed a framework and data management tool to assess Ceres Company Network members on their performance compared to the Ceres 2030 Roadmap, allowing Relationship Managers to better engage with their portfolio companies- Built questionnaire sets for Ceres Roadmap 360°, a webtool to assist SMEs on sustainability strategy development- Prepared research briefs on leading practices for Human Rights Impact Assessments, Sustainable Community Engagement, and Small Business Sustainability Strategy Development

- Developed a tool to provide up-to-date information on global ESG reporting regulations using Alteryx, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel- Utilized MSCI, Carbon Disclosure Project, TCFD, SDG, SASB, and GRI reporting standards to prepare materiality and benchmarking assessments for a multinational Fortune 500 retail company- Completed pre-assurance and assurance evidence gathering activities to ensure the completeness and accuracy of reported greenhouse gas emissions by a Fortune 500 company and a private insurance company- Onboarded two team members onto active projects to ensure a smooth transition of workflow materials

- Assisted in the preparation of Kenan-Flagler's second annual sustainability report- Adhered to SASB and Corporate Knights standards for reporting

- Interviewed 40 rural high school science teachers to gather data about their barriers to teaching climate change- Programmed NVivo, a qualitative data research software, to identify themes and patterns in transcriptions of the interviews- Provided recommendations to Yale Climate Connections on how to better support rural communities in teaching climate change

- Optimized the headcount data management process for the 15+ company systems within the Product Development Finance team to improve the efficiency and accuracy of headcount data uploads- Spearheaded the transition from Host Analytics to Adaptive Insights for headcount management, preparing and administering training materials for the 60+ Finance Analysts to ensure a successful transition- Developed an internal application using Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Flow to streamline the headcount approval process - Produced an internal diversity and inclusion report, used to justify further formalization of D&I efforts in Rivian’s rapidly growing startup environment to the C-suite- Researched and recommended strategies to the Human Resources team to improve the hiring process of diverse candidates for employment
