As president of Alliance Life Coaching I provide support for people wrestling with the challenges that come with living. My experience has focused on spiritual, marital, career, and financial coaching. Often times people are looking for me as a coach because they need a place to talk through some key decision, recover from some unexpected loss, sort out some financial challenges, or procces what to do next. My contribution as coach to the journey of life comes not in "telling people what to do" but rather in asking the kind of questions that help them decide what to do.

A few years ago I received a letter from the financial arm of my denomination telling me that my pension system was being reorganized and as a result I would have more of a say in how my retirement savings were invested. Since I had no experience in the area of financial services I decided to take the opportunity to learn how money works for myself. So I approached someone in my church at the time who worked in the financial services industry and asked if they could teach me how money works. I then interviewed with six other companies. Primerica Financial Services seemed like the company that provided the best fit for my situation. Since beginning with Primerica, I have learned how not only to effectively care for my own retirement needs but also provide support to people I know and love as they plan for their own retirement. The decision has turned out to be a great one and much broader than I initially understood. It is a great privilege to help people not only make the best decisions about their retirement, but also how to be properly protected, live debt free, and actually experience financial independence along the way to reaching their retirement goals.

Began a home study group with 12 adults and 10 children, launching on Easter Sunday 1994 and led the church until September 2016. Developed ministry plan, placed and trained key leaders both full-time and volunteers. Led teams that conducted up to three worship services a weekend, developed biblical counseling and coaching ministry, erased all indebtedness on facility, and have successfully supervised the internship training of successful church planters and second career pastors.

Served as lead pastor for the church in Wilmore, Kentucky

Provided religious support for hospital staff and patients with a focus on intensive care and post operative patients.

Served as hospital Chaplain for 475th MASH, Kentucky Army National Guard, activated for Operation Desert Storm. Directed religious support for up to 1200 staff and patients at peak operation. Have 11 years of military experience.

I was responsible for leading the discipleship and outreach programs for the church and assisted the church in its development from 225 to 300 in average morning attendance.

During my internship I gained valuable experience in pastoral care, leadership, administration, and pubic speaking.

Led a company level communications section for a self-propelled anti-aircraft battery and associated support vehicles, trained personnel to properly operate and maintain equipment, and provided oversight for the unit drug and alcohol education program.
