As President and CEO of VWF Bancorp, Inc., the public company that owns GreenWay Bank, I am tasked with leading this long-standing pillar of the Van Wert, Ohio community (1889 was its start), which converted from a mutual thrift to a publicly traded company, into becoming the premier, regional commercial bank.I am a long time C-Suite professional (CFO and/or COO from 1987 to 2006 at various companies and CEO from 2006 to 2018 at three different companies) in various aspects of the banking, insurance, real estate, and capital markets along with several for profit board positions in related areas. The companies had annual revenues up to $250 million and employee counts up to over 3,000.Began my career as a CPA at Ernst & Young right out of college. I have also taught at the university level as full-time faculty, and serve on the faculty of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
