A significant proven result of a major project, was reducing employee onboarding training time by 50%. This was accomplished by employing my learning and development experience, skills, and assets.Partner with regional associates to understand and analyze learning needs with proven consulting, negotiation and influencing skills.Research, analyze, design and develop training curriculum using appropriate instructional development methods while employing current authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, HTML5, Adobe Creative Suite along with various multimedia tools to provide audio, video, animationsand graphics. Facilitate developmental assessments and pilot sessions, to ensure effective learning of the performance-based objectives.
