Management of the demolition and initial project management of high-rise building comprising 236 residences and 8 boutique retail spaces, over 17 levels within busy CBD location.

Full build management of 28 level high-rise, consisting of 273 apartments, with a gross floor area of approximately 19,572m² on challenging central city site. Management of team of 10 and more than 40 sub-contractors.

End to end Project Management of a complex strong wall structure with the largest seismic testing capabilities in Australasia. Directing a team of 15 and more than 43 sub-contractors. Overcame the difficulties of a technical build by implementing innovative planning and spearheading the conception of out of the box solutions to realisation.

Project Manager on the development of Wiri Men’s Correctional Facility. The project consists of 29 buildings of various size and type across the facility. Managing team of Structural Manager (Structure and Envelope), Fit-out Manager, Quantity Surveyors and sharing management of team across site of Engineers, Services, Hardware and Door Managers.Wiri PPP Bid Management TeamPart of a design management team working towards a financial close on the Private Public Partnership (PPP) Project of the above project. Specific role included the Project Management of a full-scale live mock-up, Traffic Management Plan, Site Establishment, Early Works, Construction Management Plan and sequencing.

Working closely with the client and their Consultants to deliver the refurbishment and connection between the new and existing buildings. This involved critical timing and trade co-ordination, not only to avoid noisy works during student lectures but also tight programmes, revolving around semester breaks and out of hours. A strong relation was built with this client.

Managing the construction of the following:• Accommodation ‘A’ BuildingComprising 4 levels (floor plate of 1,981m²) containing 240 cells, consisting of single, double and accessible cells to house up to 374 prisoners at maximum capacity. Each level built with its own mezzanine floor (figuratively speaking 8 levels). Each level and mezzanine unit contained two separate pods, effectively splitting the building in half. The north and south pods both have two exercise yards attached to each end. • Health Unit2 level facility across 231m² for inmates requiring a variety of medical attention including the administration of prescription drugs. Connected via Accommodation ‘A’ and an Elevated Link, with its own separate lift and stair shaft, making this building self-contained.• Southern Access RdWidening and strengthening the existing road and removing the corner of the existing Prison Exercise Yard, to provide the pathway for all construction works associated with the Accommodation Blocks (A and B), Health Unit and the Elevated Links. Overseeing the full close-down and securement of the Exercise Yard for a 6-week period while the alteration took place. Full relocation of security cameras was integral to this work.

Returned to Stamford Hotel for the second stage ($115m), which involved constructing a further 11 floors of 149 high-end apartments with a penthouse across the top upper levels. Initially sequencing the Carpentry Sub-contractor on all Levels, before taking on three levels in their entirety. Management of Site Superintendent for completion of these levels, while moving to share management of Penthouse levels completion.
