Projects include:☑️ Optimising client recruitment processes to access diverse talent pools and remove bias, providing subject matter expertise on inclusive practices☑️ Developing an Alliance of DEIB focused partners to support clients in improving diverse representation across their workforces and bring external expertise into the business☑️ Partnering with Sales & Growth teams to bring to life our DEIB assets and credentials in sales and bid processes globally☑️ Bringing together best practice insights and developing DEIB capability and learning programmes to educate colleagues at all levels☑️ Overseeing our ten Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), embedding governance aligned to our global DEIB strategy to enable our inclusive culture and foster belonging🏆 AMS rose up to 12th place in the Social Mobility Foundation Employer Index 2024 (up from 39th). We won in the 2023 British Diversity Awards for ‘Outstanding Disability Network of the Year’ and were finalists in the European Diversity Awards, UK Social Mobility Awards and National Diversity Awards. We hold Gold status under the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.

Driving strategic programmes across Experienced Hire and Early Careers to optimise recruitment processes, transform the user experience and introduce new technologies and efficiencies, in close partnership with Deloitte Resourcing Leadership. Projects included:🦾 Supporting ATS transformation across Experienced Hire, and our roadmap for product development👩‍💻 Optimising end-to-end assessment process for tech areas, helping to achieve a market-leading 15 day time to offer💬 Implementing hiring manager feedback and sentiment analysis tool, the first AMS account to do so 🤖 Implementing new technologies such as video interviewing and digital assessment centres, saving an estimated 1,500 hours in business and HR time (and 8 trees!)🏳️‍🌈 Advising on Resourcing Inclusion initiatives and strategy (e.g. neurodiverse assessment)
