Providing easy integration and interconnection with differing platforms, using Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 (MIM) and Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 (FIM), Azure Active Directory Premium (AADP) and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS). I joined Curtis Faraday on contract to help transform the company’s IT strategy and secure its environment ready for Financial Conduct Authority regulation. Working closely with the CEO, Finance Director and the IT team, I took control of budget to help streamline BAU processes, stabilising existing systems and drove a business transformation programme. Main Achievements:• Designed and implemented a new Business Continuity Plan and Risk Register to more accurately reflect the company’s current systems and working procedures.• Redesigned security systems, permissions and trained staff handling sensitive financial information.• Implemented systems to comply with the regulatory and auditing requirements specified by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), responsibilities include the management of an IT team consisting of support engineers and apprentices dealing with incident and problem resolution requests for customers with large, multisite, complex enterprise class systems.Main Achievements:• Implementing and achieving the Microsoft Gold Partner status for the company, saving hundreds of thousands of pounds on support and licensing costs.• Maintaining the company’s Microsoft Gold Partner status since the Microsoft partner eco-systems inception for 14 years and ensuring the ongoing maintenance of ISO27001 certification.• Ensuring that all SLA requirements are met by producing and delivering SLA details, defining and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, tracking, reporting SLA performance trends, creating and maintaining a service levels.• Successfully inspiring and motivating the team to achieve results by setting high performance goals, by rewarding and recognizing strong performance, celebrating team achievements and providing incentives based on a knowledge of what motivates each employee with the backup of ongoing training.• Design, implementation and Project Management of many large scale, complex multisite, IT systems within NHS, University, Local Government and Corporate organisations.• Successful migration of over several hundred thousand users to Security, Identity and Access Management solutions using both on premise and cloud based solutions using ILM 2007 and FIM 2010.• Resolution of complex critical high visibility problems, working closely with Microsoft and key stake holders to help implement acceptable solutions and code changes.• Successfully delivered Business Change and Transformation project that included planning and implementing a move from University of Salford campus to new offices in Old Trafford, whilst maintaining zero downtime to BAU processes.
