At the University of Kentucky, I directed program management for men’s and women’s Swimming and Diving teams, overseeing 70 student-athletes and supervising assistant coaches, delegating tasks and prioritizing activities. I strategized competitive game plans, building skills and abilities across teams, establishing best practices, and fostering a team environment of accountability to support wins.
