As a part of the Turner Construction Preconstruction team, I perform scope analysis, quantity takeoff, subcontractor procurement, bid leveling and value engineering tasks for a wide range of projects throughout upstate New York.

As a work study student assigned to the AECT (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Technology) Department, I assist in the set up of labs and building models for classes such as Statics and Strengths of Materials, as well as researching labs and activities that could benefit the class.

As an Intern in the Preconstruction Department at U.W. Marx, I was immediately integrated as part of the preconstruction team. I took on the tasks and assignments of full time associates such as Quantity takeoffs, Value Engineering, Scope Comparison, Design Review, Project Engineering, buy out processes, and general departmental duties.

As an intern in the Engineering, Design and Construction department at Price Chopper, the Golub Corporation, I handled small drafting projects, aided the full-time drafters in completion of large-scale remodel projects, and traveled to stores to obtain existing conditions used as reference in project completions.

While working at Hudson Valley Community College as a peer tutor, I worked for both the learning assistance center, and the disability resource center to aid underclassmen in the completion of Architectural Graphics, Engineering Graphics, and Statics and Strength of Materials.
