With 25 years of experience in Development, Construction, Architecture, and Design, Michael Caravello offers his clients a wide spectrum of leadership skills, a strong sense of what is trending, while incorporating a cultured and detailed vision into the various Residential and Commercial projects he has designed and built. As a 4th generation design + builder, Mike’s experience includes designing and building well over five hundred residential and commercial projects in over 10-different states. His motivation is working closely with his team to create unique conclusions that fashion stylistic aesthetics, are structurally challenging and technically innovating, while keeping focused on the core message of his client's vision or product brand. He believes the best designs speak the words of timeless sophistication, yet remain simplistic in form.Building the foundation of his Architecture and Design profession, Michael gained some of his most valuable experience during the High-rise boom at the turn of this past century. He first worked as a prominent Project Architect at the award-winning and nationally recognized Architectural firm Loewenberg & Assoc., known for their expertise in High-rise and Mix-use Condominium Developments, and for their decades of strategic work in the Lakefront and Downtown City Urban Planning. In this role, Mike led and assisted some of the most prestigious High-rise Developments around the City of Chicago, while collaborating with other nationally prominent and recognized Developers, Architects, Designers, Engineers and Construction firms.His interests and inspirations include the progressing industry of Green Method Thinking and Products, Sustainable Systems and Recycled Materials, Modular and Smart-Homes. In his personal time, Mike is passionate about music, various expressions of art, motorcycle riding, bicycling, skiing, and one of his favorite things in life is hiking and camping in the mountains with his two boys.
