As CIO for Population Health, provide Information Technology (IT) Leadership across large Brooklyn NY wide Population Health Programs led by Maimonides Medical Center, including the Maimonides Performing Provider System (PPS) in the NYS Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program, known as Community Care of Brooklyn (CCB), and the Brooklyn Health Home (BHH).• The CCB and BHH programs encompass 300 Healthcare and Social Service Provider Organizations, 3000 individual Healthcare Providers, 500,000 Patients, and substantial redesign and performance incentive payments to meet Medicaid delivery system transformation goals.• Lead the continuing development and implementation of the community-wide Care Coordination system, promote the expansion of electronic Health Information Exchange, and manage the effective implementation and support of other centralized services critical to the success of the Population Health programs throughout the Maimonides PPS and Health Home.• Direct all aspects of centrally provided IT vendor and partner performance in coordination with Maimonides PPS and Health Home Program Leadership, Healthcare and Social Service Provider Partner organizations, and New York City and State agencies and collaborative organizations.

Mountain Information Systems provided high impact business and Information Technology consulting services and application development and support to major domestic and international divisions of PepsiCo ($25B annual sales) and other customers.

Directed the transition of "Sundance" non-alcoholic beverage production and distribution (1990 Sales: $72M / 6M cases nationwide) from the plants and operational control of the Stroh Brewery Company to contract bottling, packaging, and distribution providers nationwide.
