IDS Blast Finishing is a full service distributor of blast finishing equipment, media and production services. I manage the accounting, purchasing and distribution group.

Managed the Production Control Group which includes purchasing, inventory, estimating, scheduling/ planning, accounts receivable, information technology,maintenance and distrubution. Global sourcing experience with annual spends of over $20M. Developed pricing programs for major ($3.5M / yr.) customers which resulted in increased operational stability and lower cost. Reduced Raw Material Inventory by $1.6M over 3 years by continuously monitoring inventory and developing alternative plans.

Bowes Industries was unionized Point of Purchase Display manufacturing operation specializing in metal, wire and wood displays. In addition, Bowes manufactured tire repair products, as well as, bottled chemicals used in the automotive industry. I was responsible for all manufacturing operations as well as the physical plant. Directed and coordinated production teams of up to 140 and budgets up to $25m in Direct, Indirect materials, Labor and Maintenance. Hired and trained over 500 employees in groups of up to 40.
