Results:Created a mobile pizzeria and grew it from one employee to 4 full-time employees. Started with an initial personal investment of 80K. Grew business, solely with revenue, to 75% weekly repeat visits, with an average of 1000 pizzas per week with 1 service each day Wednesday thru Sunday, from May to Early October.

My role was to hire, train, and lead a team of design professionals to deliver effective and beloved products across 2 industries: health care and education. The health care division focused on developing digital tools to help hospitals and care providers deliver better care to more people more efficiently. The education division focused on helping universities increase their graduation rate and give students the tools to be more successful in life.

Lead the design of all of Extend's public facing materials and the internal software systems that deliver our customer experience. The goal is to create a unified experience from the first mailings to online content and finally the software systems that control how our customer representatives deliver our phone based service.The position includes: understanding the complexity of Medicare and the researching the unique experience of senior citizens to design, test and launch a completely unified and compelling customer experience.

Lead design of specific products for Revolution Health Group. Specifically: Doctor directory, Insurance store, and updates to the Personal Health Portfolio.
