Having over fifteen years of experience in the music industry, I bring my full-time playing, educational, and management skills to my current role of Managing Partner at Elegant Music Group. I am the music director, overseeing and coordinating over 250 musicians weekly for events. Additionally, i direct the event design division at EMG, implementing new training and oversite to increase gross revenue. My skills as a professional musician allow me to receive feedback from others and break down intricate sales techniques to my employees.
