Michael is a co-founder of Highland Canyon Partners. Such services have included partnership and REIT tax compliance, acquisition due diligence, transactional tax modeling (for acquisitions/dispositions, distributions, recapitalizations, etc.), and structuring (comparing and outlining the use of partnerships, REITs, Blockers, or a combination of all three prior to acquisition).
