Waking Dream Creations is an art gallery, retail, and event space located in Cleveland, Ohio. We have an innovative and skilled team that creates artwork, apparel, and accessories, based on nostalgia and client preferences. We provide a "faceless" visual representation that is accurate and satisfying. We build and maintain professional relationships with clients for repeat business and future references.

As a facilitator at Teen Enterprise I work with teenagers who are interested in entrepreneurship.

Developing Your Neighborhoods And Strengthening Today's Youth Inc. (D.Y.N.A.S.T.Y.) is a non-profit organization that provides resources to at-risk communities, with a focus on the youth. DYNASTY provides mentoring, tutoring, and job readiness programs. F.R.E.S.H. Academy is the main initiative of the organization, it serves as a group mentoring opportunity for teens and young adults to speak with individuals who "look" like them and have shared many of the same experiences. It provides a chance for teens to speak candidly about situations that they are facing on a daily basis, and hear feedback from people who have overcome many of the same obstacles.

I am licensed to substitute teach K-12 (General Education). I am using this opportunity to become more familiar with the classroom as I make the transition into the field of education. As a substitute I am able to improve on both my flexibility and communication skills working with students ages 5-18. The opportunity to meet hundreds of students in a short span of time gives me a chance to become a more diverse educator in the long run. In the short time I have been in this role I have worked with all types students at various levels of learning.

Overall Branch Operations

Acts as the clients trusted advisor and ensures that every client is proactively contacted at least once a quarter and that a current value session is conducted. Analyzes personal and financial data to deepen current, profitable client relationships.Develops new and expands existing client relationship by participating in business development activities, proactively reviewing client's current and changing financial needs, and promoting products and services.

Initiate sales strategies at two banking centers, as well as motivate staff in order to drive sales at each location. Initiate and maintain customer contact through a variety of methods, including customer interaction on the line and platform, telemarketing, and attending various seminars and community events.Analyze credit and financial information for processing of consumer loans and other bank products for customers.Maintain the sales environment, and actively participate in the execution of sales contests, monthly Blitzes and other motivational activities.

Supervise the office to ensure proper day-to day functions, including open and close procedures, daily vault duties, control of cash and the adequate supply of inventory.Promote positive sales culture and ensure that the staff receives proper training to sell and cross-sell.Responsible and accountable for learning all areas of retail branch management including operations, sales, staff management, customer service, goal attainment, business relationship building. Gain understanding of all lines of business.

Performing daily office responsibilities such as, account transactions, account maintenance, customer correspondence, balancing consistently, and completing delegated reports and projects as scheduled.Maintaining a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered, taking responsibility to keep up to date and request assistance for further development needs.
