My consultancy helps organisations lift their performance and standing.I have consulted to the NSW Land & Housing Corporation, Australia Council for the Arts, Sydney Trains, Lend Lease, and NSW Trustee & Guardian. My clients span the private, Government and not-for-profit/for-purpose sectors.My work encompasses:* facilitating strategy processes to gain collaborative clarity on goals, and to power-map stakeholders* providing change management strategy, planning and delivery* carrying out reviews and quality audits* analysing performance issues, developing KPIs and undertaking process mapping and improvement projects, and* generating and delivering learning and development (L&D) on communication, leadership, and performance improvement / process mapping. My L&D work has a particular focus on the use of simulation and game-based techniques.I use analytical techniques where I can to paint a clear, measurable picture and as a basis for decision-making.
