- Lead the integration process of the Montréal VMC Studio with the Keywords one (both Studios with around 500 employees) and completed most of it within 6 months- Help organizing the integration of all shared services (HR, Finance, Payroll, Recruitment, IT...) and production service lines- Organized weekly email updates, bi-weekly Meet & Learn with staff and monthly floor meetings- Impact on production and clients was minimal with high level of retention within staff

- Managed a department of more than 250 persons- Increased department size and revenues by 35%- Improved margins by improving staff utilization and downtime- Through acquisition, integrated the Enzyme LQA Team within the Keywords LQA department within a few months and with little to no impacts on productivity or clients- Worked on improving team moral and team cohesion between the different layers of management with successes- Diversified and increased clients while reducing business risks, by going from #1 client representing 50%+ of department’s revenues to less than 25%
