Served as Subject Matter Expert for Warehouse Management System for large scale retail environment. Performed day to day support for WMS system, including MOVE WMS system, Vocollect Voice RF, Oracle, AIX and printer support. Highlights include migration of WMS from release release 6.2 to release 9 including back office systems, price tag printing and custom applications for reporting and customer interfaces.Reduced number of support calls from the warehouses, by identifying issue with host software interface with Vocollect Voice RF system. Number of support calls dropped by 90%.Documented procedure to respond to data issues in ecommerce warehouse that allowed us to identify and resolve data issues and correct those issues within 30 min,Member of design and development team that migrated legacy Warehouse Management System from AS400 to MOVE WMS on AIX environment. This included data extract/migration from existing system to new environment using DB2/400, Excel and Oracle. Performed validation testing prior to production installation and performance monitoring and system documentation,Functioned as primary administrator for AS/400 setting up iSeries/400 as print server and developing procedures for backup and recovery.Developer on team that created interface, installed and tested Vantage RPM (Argent Global) Labor Management System to capture productivity of warehouse workers.
