Invented low-complexity digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms to digitally enhance data converters and was awarded a Ph.D degree with Summa Cum Laude distinction. Developed a software defined radio platform for the Global Positioning System (GPS). Designed low-complexity DSP algorithms for the acquisition, tracking, and navigation data extraction of dual frequency GPS signals. Published nine conference and one journal paper and received two conference awards.

Characterized ring oscillators for voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) applications and derived a behavioral model of the VCO based on the PSpice CMOS transistor model. Verified the behavioral model with simulations employing the Spectre circuit simulator and tools of the Cadence framework.
