• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.• Provide in depth analysis for new product issues and malfunctions.• Troubleshooting different product issues via phone, email or chat.• Identifying customer needs and helping customers how to use the specific features of the products.• Person-in-charge in communicating to the factory all the product issues due to manufacturing fault.• Provide recommendations that will enhance and improve the performance of the products.
