- Provide in depth analysis for new product issues and malfunctions.
- Troubleshooting different product issues via phone, email or chat.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers how to use the specific features of the products.
- Person-in-charge in communicating to the factory all the product issues due to manufacturing fault.
- Provide recommendations that will enhance and improve the performance of the products.
