Presentation included explanations of complex funding models, key income updates and headwind analysis of expenditure drivers. • Led financial planning, sensitivity analysis and forecasting for new Enterprise Agreement for 35,000 staff in Catholic education in Victoria. Principals have described it as containing all information required to run a school. • Introduced half-yearly finance reports to the MACS Finance and Audit Committee and MACS Board to provide more timely financial information. Reports provided enrolment and statistical insights to support strategy and decision making. • Led the development of the School Data Snapshot and VCE Data Snapshot, comprising a series of dashboards displaying key metrics such as NAPLAN results, student retention, financial management and school culture.
