With over 10 years of experience in the IT field, I am currently the Identity Product Owner at Chemist Warehouse, where I lead the strategy, design, and implementation of identity solutions for Australia's largest pharmacy chain. I work with various stakeholders, such as business owners, developers, and security teams, to deliver secure, user-friendly, and scalable identity services that enhance customer experience and loyalty. Previously, I was the Technical Lead for Identity Services at Kmart Australia Limited, where I managed a team of engineers and oversaw the development, testing, and deployment of identity systems for the retail giant. I also have experience as a Product Manager at Reece Group, where I helped launch and grow a new product line for the plumbing and bathroom supplies company.
