I worked my way up from a junior engineer to a senior executive over 25 years in strategic management and technological research and development. It is true of a saying that a person is made up of his friends. My experiences are collated from a group of strong advisers, sometimes very unusual people, who have shown me the ways. What I have achieved reflects on the strong mentorship and talents of these good people.During my Sabbatical respite in 2009, I was a biomedical researcher under a postgraduate program that provided opportunities to concentrate on scientific research and publications. I returned to the industry to continue my corporate path. My forte is in starting operational units from ground zero and creating enabling functions to deliver the delta in both operational and cultural significance.
