Promoted to manage the battery division, across the UK and EU for FCL.Reporting to the board with ownership of P&L, responsible for all sales, strategy, purchasing, and logistics.Took the non-commercial side of the division from £80k new business p/a to just short of £500k p/a within a year. Transformed the division into the second most profitable side of the organisation. Divisional turnover stood at just under £5m.
