Network Integration PlannerPlan details of integration network projects that will enhance and provide cost savings to the company. This includes creating detailed groom packages at the circuit level and also at the line level for DWDM systems. Create business cases to acquire Executive approval for capital dollars to execute projects. Manage budget to ensure projects are adhering to business case documentation.

Responsible for managing all Core Directors Broadband switches in the Level3 Network. Manage the hardware & consumable capacity between all switches in the network. Manage budget for the platform along with creating a forecast and meeting regularly with vendor on hardware needs. Created a report that effectively helps to keep track of capacity, manage headroom growth, & assist with forecasting.Develop detailed plans that are used by deployment groups to augment the network. Also have been developing groom plans that are used to optimize the network to be more cost effective.

Led team of nine engineers in North America and eight engineers in India. Oversaw all voice and video equipment deployments in nationwide network. Packages included network design diagrams, test & turn up data, bill of material & scope of work. Assisted leadership in developing annual capital budgets. Provided executives project budget analysis of CapEx spend. Prioritized projects. Ensured sufficient training was provided. Addressed all employee resource needs. Conducted performance reviews. Ensured extremely high customer expectations were met on all custom network projects.
