• As part of the Global Supply Chain & Global Manufacturing organization currently manage the Customer Relations Team for the Health & Biosciences Division of IFF. • Responsible for account management in NAM by handling ordering, shipping, & billing processes for all enzyme production & sales. • In addition to the order to cash processes also manage several aspects of the entire supply chain. • Reporting to the Global Customer Service Leader & involved in all aspects of logistics, transportation, & our shipping points to ensure the product or material arrives to the customer as needed. • Working directly with logistics, carriers, warehousing, plant operations, & planning organization to ensure all needs are met for the customers delivery needs. • Maintain a strong partnership with the Sales/Commercial Team, Planning Team, Quality Assurance, Logistics & Finance to ensure all product needs & specifications are met. • Maintain full ISO:9001 compliance & manage the internal & external audit compliance annually. • Full SAP utilization for all Customer Relations, Logistics, & Supply Chain activities with complete Global Connectivity.
