With almost 2 decades of product development and product management experience across both the surveillance camera industry and the medical device industry, I have seen what goes into products that are truly loved, raved and valued by customers. The key ingredient is having product people knowing who and what they are solving for. Product people in the form of visionary leaders, creative designers, smart engineers, and passionate sales and support people, all working as one, empowered by a healthy company culture, towards an inspiring vision like “innovating for a smarter, safer world”, and “creating life-changing health technologies that people love”. These are the people I love working with, and these are the visions that I am proud to be a part of. The part that I love playing is the Global Product Manager, the one who cares deeply about who we’re designing for, and whether what we’re designing works well for them and for our business.
