Key Project: ALDO Connected Stores (ALDO Top 3 priority/highly visible project)Worked in the Project Management Office of the IT division of Aldo and managed a team of 2 direct reports and several project resources including several suppliers. The team consisted of Program Management in Agile mode, Software Development for the Aldo iOS App (winner of Apple design award in 2015), Business Intelligence and Reporting and bi-weekly Reports to Senior Management.Main Responsibilities: - Budget, Resource and Timeline tracking and reporting- Managed multidisciplinary teams, including external technology service partners.- Worked with APT (Applied Predictive Technologies) to measure conversion lift. Managed the deployment of experiments using A/B testing, Google Analytics and reporting on results to drive additional requirements. - Publish KPI Dashboards to Executive Management on a bi-weekly basis.- Liaised with Business to track engagement and conversion uplift in deployed technology stores.- Liaised with Sales and Operations for Handover activities.- Application Development coordination (iOS & OSX)- Deployment of hardware to ALDO stores in both Canada and USA.- Deployment of software applications to ALDO stores in both Canada and USA.- Deployment of software applications to the APPLE store in both Canada, USA and the UK.Key Achievements: - Successful technology mix (touch screen TVs, iPads, iPods) deployment to 48 ALDO stores in CAN & USA and the UK as a pilot that will drive further deployments in 2017.
