At Heritage Rocks, we sensitively restore the value in beautiful buildings by acquiring historic and listed properties, returning them to their former glory and maximising their value. We maximise the value by creating a modern and vibrant business within an historic environment: a fusion which generates the “Wow Factor”.Having successfully turned a listed manor house into a wedding venue in Woodbridge, Suffolk, I acquired another property in Cheltenham – a beautiful, listed building then being used as offices – and converted this into the hugely popular Manor By The Lake. As well as hosting weddings and other major family events on an exclusive use basis, we also run hold many corporate events here – its location close to the M5 proving ideal. Most recently I have acquired Seckford Hall, again in Suffolk, and am in the process of re-energising an incredibly beautiful venue which has not recently been performing to its full potential.
