Project Manager for a small software company which focuses on the club and resort industry. Responsible for the system implementation of our complete Office system and software for clients. This includes but is not limited to: data conversion and upload, training of multiple employee groups, troubleshooting system issues, custom process development, and post go-live support. I handle implementation projects for multiple clubs each month with typically 2 clubs going live each month. Logged over 1,000 billable hours since beginning with the company, personally generating over $125,000 worth of revenue.

Leading the development and coordination of testing for Crown's SAP implementation.

I'm responsible for applying expertise in tools and methodologies to develop the requirements, procedures and guidelines for the testing of all technical applications and systems prior to deployment to ensure they are performing according to specifications and free of errors. This includes defining the test plan and strategy, testing environment, scenarios, scripts and data required, executing tests, and reporting on findings. I organize the resources necessary to prepare and execute tests and reporting back to the development team on issues to be addressed. This may include automation of testing processes, and the identification and management of testing tools and standards.

A FI/CO certified SAP application consultant for a mid-size software implementation and support company. I assisted multiple projects in the full scale implementation and/or upgrade of their SAP ERP system. Some project highlights include:- Mead Johnson Nutritionals (September 2012 - January 2013): Aided in the implementation of several A/R enhancements to Mead's existing SAP system, a number of them in the FSCM sub-module. Aided in the execution and coordination of testing in Mead's HPQC system.- Cintas Corporation (January 2012 - June 2012): Aided mainly in the testing of the CRM module in SAP. Documented for consultants how configuration changes were affecting the CRM online interface, performing numerous tests throughout the project.- Armored Auto Group (March 2011 - October 2011): Implemented the majority of the FI module on the project, including A/R, A/P, new G/L and Asset Accounting. I worked with a senior FI/CO consultant to implement Product Costing and Internal Orders on the CO side. Stayed through Go-Live for the full cycle implementation.

Performed part-time accounting work for a small marketing firm located near downtown Cincinnati. I handled all A/P, A/R, treasury and reconciliation duties for the company during my time there.
