• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of employee performance programs,including coordinating timelines, procedures, and data collection efforts across all departmentsto maximize participation and accuracy.• Administer and manage employee assessments and performance cycles, including pre-hireassessments, employee experience surveys, action planning, and performance reviews. Thisinvolves building and testing assessments in systems like Lattice and Qualtrics EX, preparingtraining materials and communications, troubleshooting issues, and providing status updates.• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee performance, such aspre-hire assessment outcomes, employee engagement survey results, action plan completionrates, and performance review data.• Conduct follow-up interviews and focus groups when needed to gather additional insights andcontext for improving talent management initiatives.• Participate in the Employee Recognition program, coordinating the review committee andensuring an equitable and efficient process for recognizing outstanding performance.• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership based on analysis of talentmanagement programs, helping shape decisions related to employee engagement andperformance.• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize talentmanagement tools, processes, and reporting.• Facilitate training and support for managers and employees regarding the use of talentmanagement platforms and the interpretation of performance data.

• Recruits full-cycle for Corporate positions, entry-level to manager-level, updates job descriptions, sends offer letters and pre-employment communication.• Assists the team with maintaining effective talent pipelines.• Ensures a strong talent assessment process is adhered to among the Talent Acquisition team and across the organization.• First level liaises between external recruiting agencies and Scion.• Monitors and audit campaign spend to inform advertisement strategy; itemizes invoices.• Manages and audits referral bonus payouts.• Maintains and implements current and new systems/resources.• Assist with developing and conducting training for other teams, hiring managers and interviewers.• Recommends and implements process improvements to streamline recruitment processes, gather metrics and increase efficiency.• Develops company-wide initiatives such as newsletter, internship program, talent ambassador program, and more as required.• Assists with the preparation to onboard talent when Scion acquires new properties (also known as acquisitions).• Stays current on company’s organizational structure, personnel policies, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices and constantly evolving recruiting trends.• Provides mentorship and coaching to Recruiters.

• Identify hiring needs and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to clarify position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.• Post job ads, source talent, select and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and guide hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process through offer extension.• Assist with proactively driving active and passive candidate pipelines, including organizing and managing CRM. • Build professional rapport with hiring managers and develop effective relationships within the organization and external workforce to positively influence Scion’s talent acquisition and development efforts.• Advise and supports all teams with recruitment and related best practices
