Michael started his professional experience in 1991 and dedicated almost 6 years to a chemical research function and 1 year to being a process engineer and analytical chemist.Michael spent further 2.5 years with fine chemicals product and process development.In Sept 2000 Michael accepted the position of a Technical Service Manager in the Polymer Industry at Rio Tinto Minerals with strong link to product and application development where he has been working since.Additionally to direct technical responsibility for big globally active polymer accounts his geographical area of accountability includes the entire German speaking area, the Benelux States and Eastern Europe.
