I’m a corporate and tax professional with 10 years of industry experience, providing sound legal advice designed to help my clients operate their businesses in a successful and efficient way. I work with a diverse group of clients across a broad range of industries including middle market, technology, start-ups, financial institutions, energy, and growing and emerging markets. I’m actively involved with the Global Impact Initiate, where I serve on the board of directors. I serve as an officer for the Association for Corporate Growth’s Austin-San Antonio chapter. Before practicing law, I was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where I served as an explosive detection dog handler.
