Report includes narrative on financial results and marketing efforts. Primary contact for outside auditors and tax accountants (partnership returns). Financial support/analysis for sourcing of $250,000 of leased equipment.

Horizon Bay took over management of the SHP portfolio of assets in December 2008. I was hired by Horizon Bay in a transitional role to train accounting and operational staff as these were Horizon Bay's first CCRC assets. I was given a two year contract. Trained employees at Horizon Bay (property manager) in accounting, financial reporting and underwriting functions. Directed 2008 and 2009 external audits and tax returns for portfolio. Also worked closely with new asset manager (AEW Capital Management) assisting them in their transition as well.
