Project manage multiple service opportunities in the fast paced Frac Sand Industries.

I am responsible for providing engineering assistance to customers in the gas turbine industry, specifically power plants, oil rigs, and naval ships for their air filtration systems. When customers notice a decrease in turbine performance, they can look to the turbine air filtration system as being a cause for this loss of power and increase of heat rate. It is up to me to perform field inspections of their units to identify problem areas and provide solutions to those issues.● Manages 9 fabricators with focus on schedule execution and quality control processes for multiple projects● Supervises contractors and provides oversight of crews for installations and retrofit projects● Performs quality control inspections of all product lines not manufactured in-house including export-controlled US NAVY products● Provides technical engineering service support to aftermarket sales customers for air inlet filtration systems and sub-systems, as well as oversight of installation of filtration products● Applies lessons learned from field applications into design improvements for new product development● Instrumental in collaborating with Sales Team to convert customer issues into new revenue opportunities - Achieving over $6 Million in new revenue creation● Implements corrective actions and develops work instructions for project engineers to prevent repeat field issues
