As an intern at Danish Footballers' Association I have worked within the organization's CSR department PSR (Player Social Responsibility). As product manager at Eniro, I was in charge of the online product Ni.dk. Even though traffic has been declining over the past years, we accomplished to increase revenue with around 10 percent.My responsibilities included analyzing potential partners, and in cooperation with the sales come up with sustainable solutions for both potential partners and Eniro. Furthermore, I handled all inquiries from both users of the site and businesses who wanted to engage with Ni.dk. In connection with this, we established a workshop with both users and non-users in order to attain valuable feedback in the process of further developing Ni.dk in a matter that embraced both the end user's, partners'​ and Eniro's commercial interests.

In this student position my tasks were focused on the two websites Sol.dk and Ni.dk. These included maintenance of the sites, quality assurance of the content, support to sales department and communication with users through phone, mail and social media.
