Emea Brand Manager (Regional Gm)
Current• Promoted into this newly created role, with full P&L, I am responsible for the brand direction and business strategy in the EMEA marketplace, including all GTM and trade marketing, while partnering with the EMEA sales, e-commerce, and retail teams to achieve brand objectives. • Supervise the EMEA merchandising, design, and marketing teams (nine team members in the EMEA headquarters and eight marketing managers throughout EMEA). • Consistently receives positive employee feedback during reviews for collaborative leadership style, receptiveness to ideas, communication style, and encouragement of and contribution to employees’ personal and career growth.• Successfully works with cross-functional teams to implement marketing and distribution strategies (which in turn drives sales growth and sell-through), creates product exemplifying brand image, maximizes category presence, and identifies new product strategies and opportunities for existing accounts and channels. • Creates departmental plans and processes and manage resources to achieve financial and operational objectives.
