I managed utility billing for the Resident Energy Conservation Program for a portfolio of 150+ properties, consisting of over 14,000 units, and assisted with the implementation of an additional 16,000+ units. I provided training and troubleshooting support for the client. I created several VBA macros to increase the efficiency of the team I worked on. I created several custom scripted SQL reports to meet the financial reporting needs of my client. I worked closely with the development team, writing specifications and performing QA testing for new functionality.I helped to transition the company to a new print vendor, which involved troubleshooting the new workflow (performing root cause analysis), writing documentation, and conducting internal training.
