Personally responsible for the Midwest Division which consists of over 130 Providers and 650 employees at over 46 locations across 4 states and over $300Mil in annual Revenue.• Championed the Private Equity initiative for Illinois Gastro Group (IGG), selecting and engaging consulting and investment banking partners and developing the strategy to position IGG for its first private equity event. Transaction with Waud Capital Partners was successfully completed in 2019, at an 11x multiple of EBITDA, creating a national GI Platform that has grown 4x in less than 3 years.• Prior to Private Equity, Acquired and Integrated 7 Independent GI practices, increasing IGG / Midwest revenue to $125 Mil.• Restructured Employee Benefits Program, capturing an unprecedented 16% ($176k) reduction in annual premiums while expanding services and providing premium coverage for employees.• Rebuilt failing IT infrastructure, revamped security and reduced expenses by 31%, saving over $350k annually.• Navigated COVID through rapid workforce scaling and fully recovered, finishing 2020 above original forecast.• Developed a Centralized Midwest Pathology Laboratory and Integrated 4 independent pathology labs into a central lab serving the Midwest. Drove 42% improvement in efficiency and profitability. Renegotiated Pathology professional service contract, resulting in $1.3 Mil in annualized volume-driven cost reductions.• Started Up Anesthesia service line from initial concept, now delivering Ancillary Revenue of over $29 Mil.• Built out Infusion Service line and expanded to all Midwest business units, increasing ancillary revenue by $19.3 Mil. to 48 Mil annually.
