CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / The GI Alliance / Midwest Division 2015 - PresentThe GI Alliance is the World’s largest and fastest growing Private Healthcare Practice consisting of over 950 providers delivering preventive, diagnostic, procedural and interventional services across 16 states with $2.8Bil in Revenue. Personally responsible for the Midwest Division which consists of over 130 Providers and 650 employees at over 46 locations across 4 states and over $300Mil in annual Revenue.• Championed the Private Equity initiative for Illinois Gastro Group (IGG), selecting and engaging consulting and investment banking partners and developing the strategy to position IGG for its first private equity event. Transaction with Waud Capital Partners was successfully completed in 2019, at an 11x multiple of EBITDA, creating a national GI Platform that has grown 4x in less than 3 years.• Prior to Private Equity, Acquired and Integrated 7 Independent GI practices, increasing IGG / Midwest revenue to $125 Mil.• Restructured Employee Benefits Program, capturing an unprecedented 16% ($176k) reduction in annual premiums while expanding services and providing premium coverage for employees.• Rebuilt failing IT infrastructure, revamped security and reduced expenses by 31%, saving over $350k annually.• Navigated COVID through rapid workforce scaling and fully recovered, finishing 2020 above original forecast.• Developed a Centralized Midwest Pathology Laboratory and Integrated 4 independent pathology labs into a central lab serving the Midwest. Drove 42% improvement in efficiency and profitability. Renegotiated Pathology professional service contract, resulting in $1.3 Mil in annualized volume-driven cost reductions.• Started Up Anesthesia service line from initial concept, now delivering Ancillary Revenue of over $29 Mil.• Built out Infusion Service line and expanded to all Midwest business units, increasing ancillary revenue by $19.3 Mil. to 48 Mil annually.

Providing advanced cardiovascular, diagnostic and interventional services to over 75,000 patients across 19 hospitals and clinics in the Chicago area. Skills and achievements here include; Reporting to the Board of Directors Negotiated 5 key lease agreements and built 2 cardiology clinics. This accounted for $2.6m in cost reductions. Implemented the Physician Quality Reporting System, securing $1.3m in Medicare incentives and a 15% reduction in malpractice premiums in the process.  Secured $430k in recurring annual revenue in the first 6 months by reorganizing the administrative infrastructure. Created and deployed a laboratory diagnostics program across 7 clinics, increasing annual revenue by $286k. Implemented EMR systems, software, processes and metrics, generating $1.2m in government incentives. Restructured benefit programs, dramatically increasing benefits and reducing costs by 22%.

Delivering automated pharmacy system solutions to over 1,200 healthcare facilities worldwide for the electronic control and dispensing, packaging and distribution of medications and supplies. Key skills and achievements here include; Built Professional Services for Omnicell into a Profit & Loss driven business unit that increased revenues from $19m to $43m in 4 years, and increased net service margins to 65%. Launched Omnicell’s national service organization in just 90 days, which had 120 engineering professionals. Also, eliminated 3rd party service contractors, reducing field service costs by 41%. Facilitated planning and integration of 3 corporate acquisitions and 4 new product lines. Created and marketed the industry’s first remote monitoring and predictive maintenance program, vSuite™, to deliver remote system monitoring, call avoidance, disaster recovery and automated software distribution.

Supplying Nuclear, CT and PET diagnostic imaging systems, consulting services and radio pharmaceuticals worldwide. Key skills and achievements here include; Direct P&L responsibility for international service delivery in over 80 countries. Increased worldwide revenues for Siemens Nuclear to $125m. Also improved EBIT from 32% to 36% and service revenue to 100% of annual division profits. Improved Customer Satisfaction from 86% to 91% and contract capture from 65% to 70%. Market share increased 20% and revenue increased by $25m as a direct result.
