Responsible for the adaptive reuse design of a one hundred year old carriage barn at the DuPont family's Foxcatcher Farm in Newtown Square, PA, by converting it into a residential club & banquet facility.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation, headquartered in Chicago, is a leading global hospitality company with a worldwide portfolio of over 485 properties in 45 countries. Responsible for review of designs, FF&E specifications and model rooms, as well as, coordination with F&B, Operations and Engineering teams for New Construction and Renovation projects for the North American Full-Service Hotels. Actively involved in weekly design meetings to ensure adherence to scheduling, cost and brand standard compliance. Performed construction administration, punch-list and project close-out coordination.

Residential design projects & masterplan for an agro-tourist development in Puerto Rico.

Responsible for the design direction and management of the architectural staff and consultants through the planning of residential, hospitality and marina projects for destination resort projects. Led the design of residential product for the Roco Ki Resort’s initial sales launch resulting in over $100M in sales during the opening weekend.
