Responsible for the overall production for a wide variety of projects, ranging from live stream broadcasts to large scale corporate events, working with a wider creative team to develop concepts and ensuring that all elements are achievable on time and within set budgets whilst making sure that clients’ needs are met. Managing the planning process for all production on-site including the build and de-rig of all elements to meet tight timescales, pro-actively staying steps ahead of the process.

Responsible for the end to end project management of different events and video content with varying budgets, working collaboratively with our in-house production and logistics teams along with our Production Partners and 3rd party suppliers to deliver projects efficiently, sustainably, profitably, on message and on time. Ensuring relationships with existing clients are maintained and developed as well as assisting with the prep & delivery of pitches to new & existing clients.

My responsibilities as an Assistant Producer for Roebuck Productions include:• Ensuring all clients’ needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely manner. Providing clear client communications regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and status/action items• Build and maintain effective professional working relationships with new and existing clients as well as internal & external resource and suppliers• Managing the production process from creative through to execution• Managing internal/external resources; identifying delegating between teams and booking external resources as needed• Supplier management (incl. briefing, competitive quoting & invoicing)• Coordination of internal & external talent to create a team • Coordinating internal & external meetings• Supplier management (incl. briefing, competitive quoting & invoicing);• Conducting background research• Booking film crew and equipment, location sourcing, casting talent, creating call sheets.• Arranging all logistics required for projects (travel, accommodation, catering, accreditation etc.)• Video Logging & QCing• Talent, music & stock footage research• Content archiving and data transfer management• Ensuring department is highly organised at all times

-Taking and creating photos to accompany stories, interviews & reviews for well rounded content.- Photographing Live gigs and events.- Creating solid and interesting Photojournalistic pieces.
