ShrinkGeek is a health and fitness blog for self-proclaimed geeks that was founded by myself and several of my friends in 2008. In 2011 we decided to disband the LLC that we had created to support the blog and I took it on as a solo project.

• Proficiently provided technical support and wrote documentation for a ColdFusion-based auction platform. • Delivered exceptional customer service while collaborating with clients to customize their auction sites. • Contributed to development of new functionality for the core application to increase customer satisfaction. • Completely re-built existing application from the ground up using code methodology and functionality that did not exist when it was originally created to enhance application efficiency. • Specifically requested to work on several high-priority websites by clients after working with them previously.

Worked on a Content Management System known as Red Stencil until the Tampa office of the company was shut down. Studied Fusebox methodology as well as advanced SQL programming.

Hired as a part-time sales associate and quickly moved into a full-time position. Transferred from Winter Haven to Bradenton as a Lead and managed two departments there. Eventually transferred to the Clearwater location to take over the Business Machines department after that store was re-modeled from the ground up. Part of the pilot program to provide computer repair and upgrade services in-store.
